SAMRAD ONLINE is the South African Mineral Resources Administration System where the general public can view the locality of applications, rights and permits made or held in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act (Act 28 of 2002), (The MPRDA), and where applications in terms thereof can be submitted electronically.
To access these services, please register as a user, create a password in the space provided, and thereafter follow the prompts.
Overview
To ensure consistency of all documentation received by the DMRE from applicants the DMRE has provided easy to use guidlines and templates.
All documentation submitted must be in the mandatory format as provided, failure to do so could lead to rejection of application.
